What makes "lingerie" provocative?
While lingerie can be defined as women's underwear, provocative lingerie at times can be more challenging to define. So the question is, when does an undergarment stop being "simple" underwear and start being "provocative lingerie"? There are certain garments that fall into this category and can at least give us an idea of what "Provocative Lingerie" is exactly.
Provocative: -tending or serving to provoke; inciting, stimulating, irritating, or vexing. (tending to provoke or stimulate)
Lingerie: -underwear, sleepwear, and other items of intimate apparel worn by women.
Let's take the g-string & thong for example, it's very revealing and most women and men today would agree that a woman wearing a g-string is far more stimulating and sexier than a woman wearing a pair full back panties. (obviously the g-string & thong are more provocative in nature)
The Bodystocking: Even though bodystockings cover much of a woman's body they are usually designed of a sheer fabric making the majority of the bodystocking see through. So, you have a beautiful woman wearing a see through bodystocking which reveals just about everything... "Provocative"...
In general, lingerie is intended to enhance a woman's curves and stimulate not only her own senses but also her partner's as well. Provocative lingerie is simply more aggressive in it's approach to provoke or stimulate others sexually and expressing one's thoughts and mood.
Everyone has a different opinion on what is provocative and what isn't. So we leave it to you to determine in your own mind what is provocative...
